8″ 600# RF Back Pressure Valve FSO Non-Sour

Our back pressure valve serves to regulate the flow of gas or liquids. By employing a BPV, you can establish a desired pressure at a node upstream of the valve, thereby controlling pressure on production vessels like separators, treaters, and free water knockouts. Additionally, a BPV can alleviate upstream pressure once a predefined set point is reached. This valve is fully customizable via a digital controller and can interface with different sensors/radars for automated BPV control. The entire unit holds an EX certification. Its transformer produces 220V input and 24V output. In the event of a power failure, a built-in backup battery ensures a continuous power supply for approximately 4 hours.

Additionaly the 4“ to 8” variants can also be used as control valve.
